Rolling: Transform stainless steel plates or wide plates into raw material of specific dimensions and shapes via hot rolling or cold rolling processes.
Bending, Cutting, and Forming: Employ bending machines, cutting machines, and forming machines to bend, cut, and shape the stainless steel base material into the desired pipe profiles.
Welding: Butt the ends of the stainless steel pipe profiles together. Secure the pipe profiles and ensure a strong connection through welding processes such as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding), MIG (Metal Inert Gas Welding), or resistance welding.
Wire Drawing: Gradually reduce the cross-sectional area of stainless steel bars through drawing processes to produce fine stainless steel wire.
Tube Blank Heat Treatment: Apply heat treatments like annealing, normalizing, or quenching to stainless steel tube blanks to relieve internal stresses and alter microstructure and properties.

Tube Blank Polishing: Polishing is performed on shot-blasted stainless steel tube blanks to further enhance surface quality and finish.
Tube Blank Surface Treatment: Depending on requirements, surface treatments such as galvanizing, coating, or polishing are applied to polished stainless steel tube blanks.
Billet Cutting and Trimming: Stainless steel tube billets are cut to required lengths, with both ends trimmed to achieve flat surfaces and precise dimensions.
Final Inspection: Produced stainless steel tubes undergo inspection and testing for appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, chemical composition, and mechanical properties to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
Packaging and Shipping: Passed stainless steel tubes are packaged—e.g., wrapped in plastic film, bundled, or crated—before being transported and delivered to customers.
