Corrosion Resistance: 304 is suitable for freshwater, atmospheric environments, and weak acids and alkalis; 316/316L (molybdenum-containing) offers superior resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion, making it ideal for seawater, chlor-alkali, pharmaceutical, and highly corrosive chemical environments; low-carbon L-type grades reduce the risk of intergranular corrosion;

Hygiene and Safety: Polished inner walls + acid washing and passivation; no leaching, resistant to bacterial growth; compliant with GB 4806, FDA, and GMP standards;

Sealing: Welded + flanged / quick-connect seals prevent medium evaporation and external contamination; atmospheric tanks are equipped with breather valves, while pressure vessels must be fitted with safety valves;

Temperature and Mechanical Properties: Austenitic stainless steel withstands temperatures ranging from -196°C to 450°C; annealing eliminates internal welding stresses, balancing strength and workability.
